Hello, my friends! We have a Popeyes restaurant right around the block from us and when we heard they were coming out with a chicken sandwich, we knew we had to try it.

Here is a little back story - I tried this sandwich on my lunch break one day before it was even rolled out nationally. After eating each bite, I was thinking to myself - this is the best damn chicken sandwich I have ever eaten!!!! I couldn't rave about this enough to my family, friends, co-workers. So, last week (before all the hype), I brought one home for Vito to try as well.

Popeyes describes this as "Buttermilk battered chicken fillet, crisp barrel-cured pickles, your choice of spicy Cajun spread or mayo, on a buttery toasted brioche bun." Have you tried this yet? What do you think?
